Referral Program

To be eligible for referral rewards:

• Referred Travel Contract person must start their assignment within 60 days.
• Per Diem person must start their assignment within 30 days.

$500.00 Bonus Reward - RN - Travel Contract

$300.00 Bonus Reward - RPN /Allied Health Pro – Travel Contract

$200.00 Bonus Reward – PSW /CNA – Travel Contract

*Referral must complete full-time, 36 – 40 hours per week for 13 consecutive weeks. 

$300.00 Bonus Reward – RN Per Diem

$200.00 Bonus Reward – RPN / Allied Health Pro – Per Diem 

$100.00 Bonus Reward – PSW /CNA – Per Diem

*Referred complete at least 12 hours per week and complete a total of 500 hours within a time frame of 6 months.

***A referral cannot be a current or former employee who has previously interacted with True North through any means other than a new contact referred by someone.
